American Home Settles With Indymac (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. says Indymac Bancorp Inc. has agreed to complete by March 3 a deal to take over 83 loan offices idled by American Home’s collapse into bankruptcy last year.
