FTC Sets Up Help Line For Fined Debt-Management Co’s Clients (Nasdaq)

WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- The Federal Trade Commission Thursday said it has set up an information line for customers who purchased debt-management services from a debt-consolidation company the agency fined for deceptive practices.
